How we verify every bonus

Before a code goes live

1. We use the account ourselves. Every code on the site comes from an account we really hold. We never copy codes from other websites or forums.
2. We read the brand's own terms. Not a news story, not another code site. We read the referral terms, the help centre and what the app shows, and we link to them at the bottom of every code page.
3. We write it in plain English. What you get, what you must do, how long you have, and what doesn't count. If a rule is easy to get wrong (like opening the link before downloading the app), we say so clearly.
4. We show the full reward. The top amount leads, and right beside it we show what most people get and the brand's own odds. For Monzo that's up to £50, with £10 for 94 people in 100.
5. We put a date on it. Every code shows the day we last checked it against the brand's terms.

After a code goes live

• We check every live code against the brand's terms by hand every day, and the date on the page moves with each check.
• When a brand changes an offer, we update the page and the date. When an offer ends, we remove the code.
• If you tell us something doesn't match, we check it again, usually within one working day.

What we never do

• List a code we haven't used ourselves.
• Say “up to” a big number without showing the odds and the conditions right next to it.
• Take money from a brand to show its code higher up.
• Hide codes behind pop-ups, email sign-ups or “reveal” buttons.

The brand always has the final word

Brands set the rewards and rules, and they can change them without notice. If our page and the brand's terms ever disagree, the brand's terms are what count. Every code page links to the exact documents we checked.
