How to get the GAIL's bonus, step by step

    Get the GAIL's app

    Open our link on your phone. It takes you to the GAIL's app in the App Store or Google Play.

    Type the code when you sign up

    Enter RFXZFTSX while you create your account. GAIL's says the code can't be added after the account is made.

    Find your voucher

    It appears in the Rewards section of the app, and GAIL's also emails it to you.

    Use it with your first order

    Buy something in any GAIL's bakery and show the voucher in the app. Use it within two months.

What counts, and what doesn't

Counts

  • A regular barista-made drink: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, matcha, chai or an iced drink
  • A loaf of your choice
  • Dairy-free milk, at no extra charge

Doesn't count

  • Pre-packaged drinks, extra shots, whipped cream or other extras
  • Orders on the GAIL's website
  • A code added after your account was created
  • Using the voucher with another offer

Who can get it

  • You're creating a new account in the GAIL's app, and you enter the code during sign-up.
  • GAIL's privacy policy says its website and services aren't for anyone under 18.
  • The voucher only works with a paid transaction as part of your first order.
  • It's for GAIL's bakeries only, not website orders.

Can I type the GAIL's referral code in?

Yes. GAIL's asks new customers to enter the code during sign-up. Our code is RFXZFTSX.

Timing is the only catch: GAIL's says the code can't be added once your account exists, so have it ready before you start.

Referral voucher or welcome gift?

GAIL's gives every new app member a welcome gift: a free barista-made drink or loaf with a purchase. The referral voucher is the same kind of treat.

GAIL's terms don't say whether the referral voucher comes on top of the welcome gift. The Rewards section of the app shows every voucher you have and when it expires.

How GAIL's loyalty stamps work

You earn one stamp for each transaction, and an extra stamp when you spend more than £20. In a bakery, scan the QR code in your app before you pay.

Nine stamps get you a free barista-made drink or loaf. You can't earn a stamp within 15 minutes of your last one, and Guest Checkout orders don't earn stamps. In your birthday month, you can also choose a sweet treat from the Baker's Table.

Didn't get your bonus? Common reasons

I forgot to enter the code at sign-up

GAIL's says a referral code can't be added after the account is created.

I can't see my voucher

Check the Rewards section of the app and your email. Still missing? Contact GAIL's Customer Experience team with your loyalty ID.

It didn't work on the website

The voucher is for GAIL's bakeries only, not website orders. Show it at the till.

My voucher expired

It lasts two months from when it's issued, and GAIL's can't bring back expired codes.
